Our current development is 19 units been built in Woy Woy under the Seniors Living Building Code, SEPP 55.

What we do
Homebrook Pty Ltd was a major contractor working on the refurbishment of Westmead and Cumberland Hospitals for Sydney West Area Health Service. We were a contractor to Thiess Pty Ltd. The works involved major decant works, fitting out of all FF& E, Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3 items which involved major logistics of delivery and installation of thousands of items in minimum time to achieve handovers. We installed handrails, door protection and corner guard protection to wards.
These works involved a contract between Homebrook Pty Ltd and Thiess Pty Ltd that was in excess of Six Million Dollars. All requirements and goals set by the client and handover dates were all achieved. All works were required to have WebFM completed with each Milestone, which our staff were trained in.
In 2009 we had a contract with Baulderstone Pty Ltd to supply and install Door and Wall Protection, Handrails and Crashrails at the Macquarie University Private Hospital. Our men worked 360 days in total.
Thiess Pty Ltd – Royal North Shore Hospital Redevelopment.
We have worked a total of 1,500 man days with no LTI days loss.
The works completed on this site include, construct and fit out new Laundry Facilities for Cleaning Services. Decant works to Building 10 & 27 for relocation of existing staff, design and construct Pedestrian Link Walkway from Reserve Rd to Main Entry. Doing all foundations, structural steel work and in fill paths.
Bovis Lend Lease – Liverpool Hospital Redevelopment
We worked on this project from August 2009 to December 2010.
Our works have included full supply and install of Noggins Package, QA Vertical Control Documents, Procuring of Samples for FFE and checking Fit for Purpose. We were successful in our tender for supply and install of all Vinyl Acrylic Corner Protection, Door Protection, Crash Rails and Hand Rails to Milestone 1.
Systems were implemented by our company to ensure quality and continuous supply for each milestone with sign on / sign off documentation. All our suppliers and contractors are tried and tested. They have the ability to provide prototypes for all items. We deal direct with the manufacturer to ensure guaranteed supply and the latest Australian Standard Compliance.
Over the course of the project we had approximately 40,000hrs with no LTI. Our contract came to $7.5M.
Our Work
Thiess Pty Ltd – Royal North Shore Hospital Redevelopment. Our works are currently in the final stages on Stage 2 at this project, supplying and installing Vinyl Acrylic Corner Protection and Door Protection to Community Health Services Building, Acute Building and the Douglas Building. We are also completed an FF&FE package for the Acute and Douglas Buildings. So far approximately 6,500hrs have been worked with no LTI. Our contract value over the buildings has been $1.8M.
