Homebrook Pty Ltd is a Licenced Buidling Company, Family Run, operating since 1989. Homebrook prides itself on being a hands on company and our ability to achieve high quality finish, good design practices and energy efficient dwellings to latest standards. We are constantly looking at new products and design practices to ensure our buildings remain innovative.

Our on site team are fully qualified tradesman, with many years experience in all aspects of building construction. We strive to use local contractors and suppliers. We are well known for our projects. Our aim is to work in a safe environment using the best environmental practices. Our Project Management team aspires to produce high quality residences that are modern in styling, energy efficient, easy to maintain with low maintenance gardens.

David Bishop has operated Homebrook Pty Ltd since 1989 and has over 35 years experience in the building and construction industry. David is a fully licenced builder. We are a member of the Master Builders Association.

Our Goals

Homebrook Pty Ltd prides itself on being a hands on company and our ability to achieve project targets on budget and on time. To coordinate the smooth running of the project we like to meet ahead with the client to maximize use of the lead time and offer any assistance with any construction/design issues that may be occurring. This also gives us the opportunity to work better to your budget requirements

Design Objective

In our design objectives we are constantly looking at new products and fixings to maximize the requirements for your project, which may give you a cost advantage along with helping to make the job fit for purpose and user friendly.

Installation Goals

Our on site team are fully qualified tradesman, our aim is to work in a safe environment using the correct tools and the best environmental practices. We pride ourselves on our work practices through the use of SWMS, toolbox talks and consultation with our employees. On the Westmead Hospital Site we worked 6,250 days without any LTI injuries since the system was implemented.

Our Service

We currently have a team on site working in Quality Assurance, Supervision, Carpenters and Office Administration. We can offer Architectural Design and Engineering Services for all design issues.

Homebrook offers all types of construction work from excavation through to detailed fitouts. We can set up all site amenities, office fitouts, construction compounds and much more.

We have a NSW Building Licence and David Bishop has a qualified Supervisors Licence.
